About Me
Hi there,

I’m Jeannie, a Movement Therapist specialising in Hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and chronic pain. My own journey began when, after living with EDS for many years, I created my Integral Movement Method (IMM) to rehabilitate my own body from pain. Today my method is endorsed by doctors and physiotherapists internationally.

I also present for the EDS Society and other international charities. I am an educator of teachers and therapists in the field of hypermobility. I am the author of two books on movement therapy: Hypermobility Without Tears (2019) and Pilates Without Tears (2016). And now I want to share my approach with you through The Zebra Club – so you too can feel #zebrastrong every day.

The Zebra Club has been assessed and approved by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps (ORCHA) – the world’s number one technology provider for delivering safe digital health.

What our Zebras are saying

Jeannie’s approach to treating Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder is the only thing that has helped with my pain - and I’ve tried a lot of treatments. It doesn’t work overnight but you wouldn’t expect it to. I have been doing it for several months and my pain is definitely finally reducing. The Zebra Club exercise classes are great as they are all sorts of levels, targeting different things and of varying lengths so you can really focus on what you need.
J Vinall
Highly recommend, Jeannie has an amazing knowledge of the hypermobile body and knows how to strengthen it and ease tension, the classes are brilliant, I learnt how to breathe properly! Jeannie always makes time to respond to all members and is super helpful.
Vikki Younger
Jeannie's tutorials and Zebra Club sessions have been an eye -opener for me. I've learnt so much about how my hypermobile body works and how everything connects.  Jeannie gives clear explanations on how to do a wide variety of exercises - all designed to help us strengthen, relax and move without pain.  I can't recommend Jeannie Di Bon highly enough.
Joan Holyoak
Jeannie's videos she creates for The Zebra Club have taught me to use completely different muscles and movements for exercises which would fundamentally would have looked the same to an outside viewer. Her knack of describing things adequately to allow me to follow the exercises, has allowed me to strengthen my body and get pain relief I could previously only get from strong medicines.
Alice Brosey
I can’t recommend Jeannie and the Zebra Club program highly enough. Her understanding of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and how it affects the body and exercise has been life changing for me and has helped me hugely when numerous physiotherapists had scratched their heads and called me “too complicated!”
Michaela Hardwick
Jeannie's programs have been a tremendous help for my hypermobility and chronic pain issues. I have made great progress in a short period of time after years of suffering. Her insights are invaluable.
Michael Oatley
I wish I’d found Jeannie a lot earlier! I’ve only been a member of The Zebra Club for a few months, but I love her classes. She explains everything so well and being hypermobile herself really understands the trouble we have with our wonky wobbly joints. I’ve had so many “light bulb” moments whilst following her instructions and would wholeheartedly recommend her.
Marnie Taylor
The Zebra Club has changed my life. My pain, posture and proprioception are drastically improved. Jeannie knows exactly how to explain things clearly and it literally feels as if she is in the room with me coaching me personally.  I love Jeannie and the Zebra Club. It's the first thing I recommend to anyone with Hypermobility.
Emunah Stark
The Zebra Club has been so helpful! As a person with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, to have physical therapy videos I can do that focus on the hypermobile body is incredible!
